Apple iced smoothie/Ice creams

Hi everyone!

Today I'm going to show you how to preparate an Iced Smoothie and with the same ingredients you can do Ice Creams.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 apples
- 2 lemons
- 150gr. of brown sugar
- 800gr. of ice
- 300ml. of water


STEPS:
1.Peel the lemons and the apples and cut them in slices.



2.Put them in the blender and add the other ingredients.


3.Blend everything until it's well combined and you will have a delicious smoothie.

                                       













4.If you don't drink it all you can make ice creams with the same mixture.

How to do your own Nutella: Hazelnut cream.

Hi everybody!

Today I'm going to show you how to preparate a delicious recipie which is a hazelnut cream super healthy!


INGREDIENTS:
100g of hazelnuts
50g of coconut oil
25g of cocoa
50g of brown sugar
100ml of milk (I used soy milk)
1tbsp. of vainilla extract (Opcional)

As always my ingredients were ecological and I used panela, which is another type of sugar. Anyways you can use the type of ingredients you want.

STEPS:
1. Put the hazelnuts in a food processor and grind it.


2. Add the other ingredients and mix; if the coconut oil is solid, melt it.


3. Put the mixture in a jar.

CHOCOLATE CAKE IN A MUG: healthy and easy

Hi everyone!

Today I'm going to show you how to preparate this super easy, healthy and delicious recipie. 

If you want to learn how to do it, keep reading.

INGREDIENTS:
-1 egg
-2 tbsp. of milk
-2 tbps. of sugar
-2 tbsp. of wholemeal flour
-1 tbsp. of olive oil
-1 tbsp. of cocoa

REMEMBER!: 1tbsp. = 15ml. (same size as a normal spoon) 

STEPS:
1. Put all the wet ingredients (egg, milk and oil) into a mug and stir.






2. Now it's time for the dry ingredients. Add the sugar and mix and then add the flour and the cocoa carrefully and mix everything.







3. Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes and that's all!

Easy pizza!

Hi everybody! 


Today I'm going to show you how to do a healthy, tasty pizza, but above all, quick and easy.


INGREDIENTS:
- 1 slice of bread 
- tomato sauce
- cheese
- ham
- oregano

(I used ecological ingredients)

STEPS:
1. Brown the slice of bread to be crispy and add some tomato sauce.



2. Add ham and cheese.


3. Put some oregano on top.


4. Put it in the microwave in the grill mode for about 3 min.




5. This is the final resoult.


It was super good and tasty. Hope you like it!

How to preparate a FRUIT SALAD (With photos)

Hi everybody!

Today we are going to preparate a delicious fruit salad healthy, easy and super yummy.


INGREDIENTS:
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 1 orange (2 if they're little)

STEPS:
1. Peel and cut the apple and the banana in little pieces.


2. Put it all in a bowl.



3. Cut and squeeze the orange.


4. You will have a delicious fruit salad.

LIGHT DINNER: Sauteed Courgette and Mushrooms

Hi everyone. 

Today I'm going to show you how to preparate a healthy, easy and delicious dish. I usually eat it on nights because is very light but you can eat it whenever you want. 


INGREDIENTS
- 1 courgette
- 4 mushrooms
- 1 egg
- cheese


STEPS
1. Put the egg in a cooking pot with boiling water and leave it there for 6-10min. depending on how cooked you want it.
2. While the egg is cooking, peel the courgette and clean the mushrooms. Put a pan on the fire and put on a little bit of olive oil.
3. Take a potato peeler and cut the courgette with it as it were noodles. Cut the mushrooms and put everything in the hot pan.
4. Cook everything for 5-7min. or until is done.
5. Peel the boiled egg.
6. Put everything in a plate and add some grated cheese. (I like to use a salty one).
