LIGHT DINNER: Sauteed Courgette and Mushrooms

Hi everyone. 

Today I'm going to show you how to preparate a healthy, easy and delicious dish. I usually eat it on nights because is very light but you can eat it whenever you want. 


INGREDIENTS
- 1 courgette
- 4 mushrooms
- 1 egg
- cheese


STEPS
1. Put the egg in a cooking pot with boiling water and leave it there for 6-10min. depending on how cooked you want it.
2. While the egg is cooking, peel the courgette and clean the mushrooms. Put a pan on the fire and put on a little bit of olive oil.
3. Take a potato peeler and cut the courgette with it as it were noodles. Cut the mushrooms and put everything in the hot pan.
4. Cook everything for 5-7min. or until is done.
5. Peel the boiled egg.
6. Put everything in a plate and add some grated cheese. (I like to use a salty one).
